What I have learned being a Faith Content Creator...

You should become a faith content creator too. If you love the Lord, it can be tempting to keep it all to yourself since it is a private and personal walk, but this devotional is to encourage you otherwise. Use everything that God gave you, invest in it by growing, and point everyone you can to Christ. Doors will open if you do so; let me quickly explain how and why. First, I get it. We all want to be able to walk with Jesus privately. Personally, as a Pastor, I realized serving people on social media is building the kingdom of God too. It wasn't until recently that I realized how much more effective I became as a minister when I started posting Christ-centered posts on my platforms. By sacrificing a little privacy, I am seeing more people blessed and growing because of my content. I am receiving testimonies by people being encouraged by my consistent posts.

Second, "Posting about faith will alienate part of my following." That was a serious concern I had, until I realized that if people wanted to leave my page because of my faith, then they truly never supported me. Posting content taught me who my real friends and supporters were, but something even deeper. It taught me who is actually actively recieving from me. Not everyone wants your advise, but those that do are showing you a different level of loyalty and trust. Those are the people who should get your time and attention on a majority basis. Lastly, it taught me how to be bold for Jesus. I am learning how to be more outspoken about my faith. This is something I struggled with my whole life, even as a Pastor. I learned that the more I post, the better I am getting which is leading to confidence in my ability to talk about Jesus to people. I want to leave you with one question: What is the worst thing that will happen if you start posting about Jesus too? Let me know in the comments below...
