  • How does the clothing fit?
    We offer several different garments that have different fit styles. Some are tighter fit, some are true to fit, some are slightly oversized, and some are oversized. We will include the most accurate description within each product so that you can have the best ability to make a selection.  
  • I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? 
    We believe in great customer care. As demands increase, inquiries also increase. We will make sure we are positioning ourselves as a team to make sure we meet each of your needs in a timely manner. It can take our customer care team up to 48 hours to respond to inquiries but you will usually find we are able to respond within 24 hours.
  • How do I track my order? 
    An email will be sent confirming your order has shipped, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
  • I have not received my order, where is it? 
    Please check the following before contacting our customer service team: check to make sure you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched and check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • What do I do when there is an item missing from my order? 
    A P.O. is included in every shipment sent from our team, please check the P.O. to ensure there are no items missing from the list. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information: ORDER NUMBER MISSING ITEM(S) OUR TEAM WILL INVESTIGATE AND WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ** ALL MISSING ITEM CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ORDER. **
  • What Payment methods does Ransomed Brand accept? 
    Our checkout is managed by Wix Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
